Statement of Faith

1. The Holy Trinity (Ruach Ha Kodesh)

We believe in the one God (Elohim) who exists eternally in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).

2. The Lord Jesus Christ (Adonai Yeshua Ha Mashiach/Messiah)

We believe that Jesus Christ (Yeshua Messiah) is the eternal Son of God (YAHWEH), fully Elohim and Adonai, the only Savior of the world (John 1:1,14; Acts 4:12).

3. The Holy Scriptures

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of Elohim, the final rule for faith and conduct (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

4. Salvation

Salvation is not merely an intellectual agreement or cultural identity—it is a personal, transformative encounter with Messiah that changes the heart and secures eternal life.

We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Yeshua Messiah) alone, not by works, and is evidenced by repentance and new life (Ephesians 2:8–9; Acts 2:38). Salvation involves the following steps according to Scripture:

1) Recognize your need – All have sinned and fall short of God’s standard (Romans 3:23).

2) Understand the consequence of sin – The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ (Romans 6:23).

3) Believe in Jesus Christ (Yeshua Messiah) – Faith in Jesus Christ as the Son of God (Elohim) and Savior is required to be born again (John 3:3, 3:16).

4) Confess and receive – Confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord (Adonai), trusting Him fully for salvation (Romans 10:9–10).

5) Repent and commit – Turn away from sin and commit to a life of obedience and discipleship, evidenced by new life in Christ (Messiah) (Acts 2:38; 2 Corinthians 5:17).

5. Sanctification

We believe in sanctification as both an immediate work of Elohim at conversion and a progressive work of the Holy Spirit in the believer’s life (1 Thessalonians 4:3; Hebrews 12:14).

6. Adult Water Baptism

We believe in water baptism by immersion for believers who consciously profess faith in Christ (Messiah) (Matthew 3:16; Acts 8:36-38).

7. Gifts of the Holy Spirit

We believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit are active and essential for the Church today, including prophecy, healing, tongues, and all manifestations listed in Scripture (1 Corinthians 12:4-11; Acts 2:17-18).

8. The Five-Fold Ministry

We believe Christ (Messiah) gave some to be apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to equip and mature the Church (Ephesians 4:11-13).

9. Christian Life and Discipleship

We believe that not all who identify as Christians are necessarily disciples of Christ. A disciple is one who follows the teachings of Jesus wholeheartedly, obeys His commandments, and rejects compromise with sin and worldliness (Luke 14:27; Matthew 7:21). A disciple reflects the biblical witness (martyr) of Acts 1:8—living and, if required, dying for Christ.

10. Biblical Ethics

We believe that true disciples of Christ uphold biblical morality. While some Christians may accept teachings or practices contrary to Scripture, a Disciple of Christ must remain faithful to God’s standards on marriage, holiness, and righteousness without compromise (Romans 12:1-2; Jude 3-4).

11. Biblical Marriage and Holiness

We believe that God designed human sexuality to be expressed within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4–6). While all people are to be treated with dignity, love, and respect (Matthew 22:39; Romans 13:10), Scripture clearly teaches that sexual relations outside this divine design—including same-sex sexual activity—are contrary to God’s will (Romans 1:26–27; 1 Corinthians 6:9–11).

A disciple of Christ does not compromise with sin or cultural pressures but pursues holiness and obedience to God in every area of life, including sexual conduct (1 Thessalonians 4:3–5; 1 Peter 1:15–16). This standard applies equally to all believers, regardless of society’s acceptance or approval.

12. The Second Coming, Resurrection, and Eternal Destiny

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ will return visibly and bodily at the end of the age (Acts 1:11; Revelation 1:7). At His coming, the dead in Christ will be raised and glorified to reign with Him during the millennium (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 20:4–6).

After this period, there will be a final judgment: all sinners who have rejected Christ will face eternal separation from God in the lake of fire (Matthew 25:46; Revelation 20:11–15).

Disciples of God who have faithfully followed Him will inherit eternal life in the presence of God in the new heaven and new earth, dwelling in the New Jerusalem (Revelation 21:1–4; 22:1–5). This belief underscores the certainty of Christ’s promises, the hope of resurrection, and the ultimate reward of discipleship. It also emphasizes the call to holy living, obedience, and readiness as we await His return (2 Peter 3:11–12).

We affirm that the final judgment belongs to God alone, whose justice, mercy, and knowledge are perfect. Scripture teaches that those under the Grace or Law will be judged by the Grace or the Law, and those outside the Law according to the light and conscience God has given them (Romans 2:12–16). While salvation is through Christ alone, we entrust the eternal destiny of those who lived outside the knowledge of Christianity to the righteous judgment of God, who searches every heart and judges with perfect justice.
